Trinika & Marlon Jackson — Owners & Care Providers
Seeds of Hope Daycare is proudly owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Trinika and Marlon Jackson, devoted parents and community members committed to providing safe, dependable, family-style childcare in Petersburg, Virginia and surrounding areas.
Together, they are the proud parents of a blended family of eight children, giving them extensive firsthand experience caring for children of different ages, personalities, and needs. Their children are now grown and thriving as productive citizens in the world, reflecting the strong values, structure, and nurturing foundation provided in their home. Currently, only one young child resides in the household, allowing them to maintain a calm, organized environment with focused attention for the children in their care.
Their large-family background has shaped their nurturing approach, patience, and ability to maintain a loving, well-structured home where every child feels seen, supported, and valued.
Their mission is to create a safe space where children can learn, grow, and thrive while parents enjoy true peace of mind.
